Anyone
wishing to visit Edinburgh before or after the camp are encouraged
to make use of our hosting programme with local dancers (who are
the most hospitable dancers in the world!).
Edinburgh has one of the most beautiful cityscapes in the world,
streets steeped in history, and a thriving cultural scene. With
Scotland's most famous castle dominating the city skyline, there's
plenty to see and do.
The swing community is pretty well established in the city centre with beginner to intermediate classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday evenings. Edinbop also hosts a social dance every Wednesday night. Our Edinburgh hosting programme is an excellent opportunity for our out of town guests to meet some of our local dancers before Highland Swing and join the party a few days earlier. If you wish to
